We all know The BOB as that fun place to grab a drink on the weekend, listen to live music, grab dinner or catch a comedy show. Currently you may be noticing some construction going on around the building. ORion Construction and the Gilmore Collection are building a tower in the area where the parking lot used to be. The tower will include studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. As well as living space, a venue will be built featuring indoor and outdoor spaces with a beer garden. This exciting project is estimated to take 16 months to complete. Check out the concept photos below!
